By placing an order you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders must be received by noon on Tuesday for the order to be met on the Thursday of the same week. The timestamp of orders received is as determined by Priory Organix.
2. The agreement to supply produce by Priory Organix can be ended with one day's notice.
3. A customer who has agreed to a regular order i.e. weekly or fortnightly must provide two weeks notice of the cancellation of such an agreement by phone.
4. Cancellation of any order must be received by phone by the Friday of the previous week otherwise the customer is liable to pay in full for the order.
5. After receiving a trial box the customer are expected to place a regular order if they wish to continue to receive a box.
6. Interest will be charged at 5% per month for late payment subsequent to the customer receiving a final reminder.
7. There is no set time for delivery. Deliveries can be at any time on Thursday.
8. All decisions by Priory Organix are final.
